Where can I buy your products from?

All our products can be purchased from our website for shipping or pickup. You can also visit our gifting studio on Linking Road, Mumbai. 

Q: Where do manufacture your products? 

We manufacture all our products at our central kitchen in Mahim, Mumbai. 

Q: I want to order for a special occasion in bulk, how can I?

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity? 

There is no minimum order quantity to place an order from our website. Customised orders may have a minimum quantity depending on the type of customisation. Please reach out to our gifting team for further information. 

Q: What are the allergens in your products?

Not suitable for Nut, Dairy and Soy allergies due to manufacturing methods

Q: Do you have Vegetarian / Vegan / Gluten Free Products / Sugar free?

All our products are Vegetarian / Eggless. We have a range of products that are gluten free and vegan. Visit the product for more information.

Q: How do I store my products? 

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. To retain crunchiness for florentines and caramels, store in an airtight container / pouch after opening. Other products should be best stored in their original packaging. Refrigeration is not necessary. Incase a product melts or softens, refrigerate for 30 minutes.  

Q: What is the shelf life?

Florentines - Best consumed in 45 Days from Manufacturing   

Caramels - Best consumed in 30 Days from Manufacturing 

Chocolate Bars - Best consumed in 60 days from Manufacturing 

Truffles - Best consumed in 15 Days from Manufacturing 

Dragees - Best consumed in 90 Days from Manufacturing 

Chocolates - Best consumed in 65 Days from Manufacturing

 

Online Ordering and Shipping Information

Q: How do I place my order online?

You could find all our products under the Shop page. All our assorted gift boxes are available under the Gifts page. Once you enter a product you like, please add your delivery pincode under the pincode checker. Once checked you will be able to add to cart. 

Once you have added all your products for purchase and reviewed your cart, Complete the online payment and shipping information process at checkout. 

Incase you would want to get your order delivered on a specific day or have any special information for us, add it to your delivery instructions. 

Q: Do you deliver to my city?

We have a range of products that we ship Pan India. Please check your pincode at our pincode checker on the product page.

Q: If I order Online from the website, how long will I receive my order in ? 

If you order from our website before 4.pm, you would receive your order the same day for clients based in Mumbai.  

For Pan India orders it usually takes 2-5 days for delivery from the time the order has been placed. We are closed on Sundays. Incase there is any delay, our team will reach out to you via email or call.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order once placed? 

Incase you changed your mind after placing your order, we are happy to make adjustments to your order, although once an order has been placed online cannot be canceled. 

Q: Can I get a return or get a refund for an order?

All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our chocolates are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Q: Is there an additional delivery charge on my order? 

An additional delivery charge will be added on at checkout.

Shipping for pincodes in Mumbai are calculated based on the distance from our central kitchen in Mahim. 

Pan India Shipping is calculated as per weight of the total order. 

All offline orders would follow the same policy. 

Q: Can I order for pickup? 

 At checkout, you could order for pickup from our studio in Khar, Mumbai or from our central kitchen in Mahim west, Mumbai

Q: Can I add a gift message to my order?

Once you have reviewed your order before checkout, you could add a personal gift message to your order. We do not add an invoice for gifts. 

Q: Do you accept COD?

Unfortunately, We do not accept Cash on delivery at the moment.

Q: How can I track my order?

Mumbai - The delivery will be scheduled by Wefast or Dunzo. You will receive the tracking and rider details via sms. 

Pan India Shipping - Once your order is ready for shipping, you would receive your tracking details via email. We usually ship via Bluedart or Delhivery. 

Q: I got a wrong order, what do I do?

Q: What do I do if my chocolates melt or get soft in transit?

Incase your product has melted or softened in transit, you have nothing to worry Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Please note: if a product melts in transit, we will not be able to replace it)
