Shipping & Return Policy
We at Chocolove, managed by the team of Saikrishna Delicacies Pvt. Ltd produces all its products at the Central Kitchen in Mahim, Mumbai in small batches, by hand.
We currently deliver to only select pin codes in India. Check if we deliver to your location through the pincode checker on the product page.
Each order takes a minimum of 24 hours from the confirmation of order. Delivery durations depend on your location and type of shipping selected at check out.
Here are the different shipping methods.
Local Delivery (Mumbai Only) orders are usually delivered within the Next Business Working Day. (We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Standard Domestic Delivery orders are usually delivered within 2 - 5 business days. (We do not ship on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Standard Delivery for Mumbai and Domestic Orders will be shipped only between Monday to Saturday.
Sundays and Public holidays are not regarded as business days. Please consider extra working days around festivals and public holidays.
Orders received after 5pm will be considered placed only the next working day. The delivery will be processed only the day after.
Larger orders (above 20 pcs) would take longer. We will confirm the duration of delivery via call or email.
Studio Pick Up
You can choose to pick-up your order from our central kitchen in Mahim. Pick-up facility is available only in Mumbai. Please ensure that the store pick-up is selected as your shipping method at the time of placing your order.
Time Duration for studio pickup is after 3 - 5 hours from the time of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready. We will confirm the duration of pickup via call or email. Studio Pickups are available between Monday to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays
Orders received after 5pm will be considered placed only the next working day.

If we are facing any delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or call. Delivery delays occur around public holidays or unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries.
Time duration for larger orders (Above 20 pcs) would take longer for delivery or pickup. The timelines would be confirmed depending on the quantity and the situation via email or call after the order is placed.
Within India, we ship through registered courier companies. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and / or the package is refused by the recipient.
Our products are heat sensitive and perishable with a shelf life, so please make sure you are available to accept delivery at the promised time by the delivery partner. In case you are sending a gift, please provide the complete address including the pincode and contact details of the receiver. We would also request you inform the receiver to accept the order in advance. This will help us ensure easy and timely delivery. We do not offer COD services to any location.
Incase your product has melted or softened in transit, you have nothing to worry Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Please note: if a product melts in transit, we will not be able to replace it)
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every request is treated as an individual case.
Track Your Order
Once your order is shipped, tracking details and courier partner name will be sent via email. Please visit the courier partner website and enter the tracking number to track your order and expected date of delivery.

The total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the type of delivery selected and the final weight / volume of the package to be delivered.
All our products are heat sensitive. Kindly store in an ambient temperature.
We will ensure good protection while we package and dispatch, However despite that we cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt, specially during the hot summer days
As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are here to help.
We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon delivery the products are damaged, different from the one you have ordered, or incomplete when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on + 91 8104142686.
Please email us with your Name, Order Number, Delivery Address. Please specify a valid reason with an image of the damaged or incorrect product.
If found to be the case, we will credit your purchase in the form of only store credit. We will not be liable to entertain any complaint concerning any aspect of the received order that is not raised within 24 hours of delivery by us.
All our products are made and packed with extreme care to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit. No monetary refund will be provided.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the look of our products that appear on our website and also to ensure the colours of packaging on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual packaging. However, the colour of the actual product and packaging you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution.
All our products are handmade by master artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.
We make sure that all the products are perfectly checked for any damages before they are dispatched from our Central Kitchen. We do not claim responsibility or provide refund if the products are damaged during delivery.
Cancellations are possible only within 12 hours of placing your order as we prepare all the products fresh for your order. However it will not be possible to cancel or modify your order after 12 hours. Saturday and Sunday are considered as holidays. Please send us a request by sending an email at email@example.com only. A refund for a successfully cancelled order will be made only in the form of online store credit and will be processed after confirmation of cancellation.
